CANBERRA SOCIAL - 23rd MAY
Barry always puts on a great social, starting with Friday night social running for 5-6 hours, then the workshop Saturday afternoon, with guest teachers Kate & Mark Simpkin, & Tom Glover, teaching 6 dances in 2 ½ hours, our heads were spinning, Peta & I went back to Julie Hearne’s place for a quick cuppa & chat.
Then off to the Saturday Night Social, this was well attended with over 200 people with a good selection of dances, old & new. Thanks Barry for a great weekend.
Thanks Julie for a great weekend, Julie put us up for the 2 nights & drove us to these venue’s, I’m glad I would have got lost for sure.
